9 Hertford Street is situated off Park Lane in one of the small roads leading to the charming Shepherd's Market, with its village atmosphere. Being in the heart of Mayfair, it's close to many of London's major attractions, including Royal parks, Bond Street, Buckingham Palace, theatres, galleries and museums. The nearest tube station is Green Park, approximately five minutes' walk away, providing access to the Piccadilly, Jubilee and Victoria underground lines. Booking Procedure
9 Hertford Street can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
A holding deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This is fully refundable, provided notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival, or subject to re-letting on shorter notice. For bookings of more than three days, a deposit of £500.00 is required. For bookings of three days or less, full payment is required.
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
When you check in, you will be asked to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card. This is simply a precaution to cover any incidental expenses during your stay.

Check in from 14:00 and check out by 12:00.

9 Hertford Street Apartments accept the following card types: Diners Club, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required at least 14 days prior to arrival. There is a cancellation charge for bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival you will be charged for a maximum of three days. For stays of one to six days, you will be charged only for one day's accommodation. For stays of 7 or more days, you will be charged the maximum fee of 3 days' accommodation.
