The Hyde Park Suites 81-83 Inverness Terrace can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
At the time of booking your card will be charged a deposit:

For stays of less than 4 weeks the deposit will be £300.

For stays of between 4 and 10 weeks the deposit will be equal to one weeks' stay.

For stays of 10 weeks or over the deposit will be equal to two weeks' stay.

Please note that all payments made by credit or debit card are subject to a 3% surcharge.

Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at, less the deposit paid.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Please note that all guests must check-in at the offices nearby on Inverness Terrace. A late check-in fee will apply to any guests arriving after 22:00.

Hyde Park Suites 81-83 Inverness Terrace accept the following card types: Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 35 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge.

Cancellations made between 34 and 15 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of £300.

Cancellations made between 14 and 8 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of £300 or 50% of the stay, whichever is greater. Reservations with the total balance of less than £300 will be charged 100% of the balance.

Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival will be subject to a charge equal to 100% of the total stay.
