Several little annoying problems and little or no support. No wifi or heat much of the time. Overhead light bulb burned out. Ran out of toilet paper. Couldn't use the toaster because it would trip the circuit breaker. Even the stove for cooking eggs would trip the circuit breaker. Bed and pillows thin and hard. Ran out of hot water during the shower one evening and the bldg seemed nearly empty. Charge for dryer (but washer was free). No way to make coffee so we bought paper towels and strained through that. No sponge to wash dishes with.
None of the appliances or heater had instructions or even markings you could read.
Since we didn't have wifi we couldn't call (were relying on Skype) or email office so we had to walk about a mile or so to the office. Less than pleasant or personable.
Great location though. Didn't even mind the 73 steps to the apartment (much).

nice property. lots of stairs though which wasnt expected.room could do with a little more in the way of self catering equipment, it was very minimal, ie no suitable cooking containers for microwave. and tv had only limited channels.

A good size for 2 people although the bedroom was a little cramped. A smaller, softer bed frame would have helped my bruised ankles. I know that laminate floors are easy to clean but a few rugs or runners would really help deaden the noise.

Clean bedding and apartment. No shelves in fridge or dishwasher. Faulty toaster caused wall sockets to fuse and should have been replaced when reported - however this was not doen.

Difficult access - up 3 flights of narrow stairs (with filthy carpets)
Room extremely small and made more cramped by choice of furniture - no room to store suitcases
Dirty shagpile mat which prevented doors from opening and was a trip hazard.
No instructions to occupants on how to find switches to the various electrical items (location of some defied logic)
Tiled walls were very grimey
Room had been recently repainted by someone with no skill and consequently paint brush marks on wood, switch plates etc (also missed hard to get at places)
Curtains missing, venetian blind control missing no tea towels provided etc
in summary - very disappointed!

The apartment I was in was clean & well laid out and quiet (mostly!). The only issues I had were - difficulty in controlling the temperature in the shower (too hot!), difficult to get the window open (had to wedge it open with a candle holder!, the turn table in the microwave didn't (turn) and inconsiderate guests in other rooms talking loadly in the corridor ... having said this there is nothing that would prevent me booking this apartment again. Out of the apartments I have booked this summer in the area, for business use, this is certainly the best.
I was initially worried that it was too far from the tube station but Paddington was nearer than I thought, shopping nearby is not greate just a couple of small grocers and a Nisa although there is a Tesco extra about 10-15 mins away.

The apartment was in good conditions and our stay was pleasant. We just didn't like the fact that although the apartment is in close reach from Paddington station, the check-in place was much further away and it was difficult to walk from Paddington station to this place with a heavy trunk, two young children and a lot of rain.
