Suitable for up to three people, this apartment has a double bedroom and a sofa bed.

Perfectly situated on a popular residential street near the King's Road, the apartments are close to many of the prestigious shops and fine restaurants that Chelsea has to offer. You're also well positioned for Knightsbridge and the West End, whilst the underground gives you quick and easy access to the rest of London. The nearest underground station is Sloane Square, which is about five minutes' walk from the apartments. This station provides easy access to the Central and District lines, and is only one stop away from London Victoria main line and underground station. From Victoria, the Gatwick Express train runs every 15 minutes to Gatwick Airport. Booking Procedure
The 7 Draycott Place Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
When your signed booking form with your credit card details has been received, a confirmation will be despatched to you to let you know your booking has been secured.

Please note that there is a surcharge on payments made by credit card. This is 4% + VAT on payments made by American Express, or of 3% + VAT for all other cards.

Payment
Full payment must be received no later than the date of arrival. If payment is not received, this will constitute cancellation of the booking by the guest.

Payment will be monthly, with the first month's payment to be taken no later than the date of arrival, before occupying the apartment.

Security Deposit
The Apartments reserve the right to charge your credit card for any loss or damage sustained; for example, any expenses incurred and not paid for prior to, on or after the date of departure (such as laundry costs, telephone bills or satellite charges).

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

7 Draycott Place Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 21 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a cancellation charge of three nights' rental if the booking is for two weeks or less, or one week's rental if the booking is for more than two weeks.

= VAT rate falls from 17.5% to 3.5% after 28 days. The first 28 nights are charged at the higher rate.
Rates are per apartment per night, and include VAT (tax) and service.

For longer stays and relocations, it is often possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We will always do our very best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.
