Need to upgrade TV screens into larger one and modern as well in the apartment and to fix the satellite channels or do proper channel tuning

Enjoyed our stay except for the unacceptable amount of noise from the overhead apartment which continued into the early hours.
We would not stay in THIS noisy apartment again. Others must be better.

Very comfortable, well situated. With a washing machine in the apartment, it would have been friendly to leave a little washing powder in the apartment.

The apartment location is awesome, a great selection of restaurants and local shops just round the corner on Old Brompton rd. Many of the main museums are located near by as are Kensington park and the Albert hall.
The meet and greet staff left a lot to be desired, very unfriendly demanding and I do mean demanding a passport, which I did not have only coming from Scotland. The gentleman on check out could not have been friendlier or more helpful.
The apartment could also have been better kept, the curtains, sofa and bedspread were all stained and the windows did not work terribly well.
All that said with just a few improvements the apartment could be first class. The location is perfect and the apartment is well outfitted. I would stay there again.

A good location but not especially friendly nor helpful manager. Apartment was clean but was lacking in overall presentation for the price. Still much better than a hotel for a family.

The only minor complaint that I have is that it is easy to hear noise from other apartments. We had only been there a few hours when our downstairs neighbor knocked on our door (at 7:30 pm) to say she could hear our voices and could we be more quiet. We could hear them also, retaliating perhaps? Loud music at 2:00 a.m. one night. I felt the sounds heard were normal apartment living and we weren't all that affected. The neighborhood is very quiet, easy access to tube, restaurants, store for groceries. I would definitely recommend this apartment, it suited our needs perfectly.

We were in Apartment 15, on the top floor. Total of six adults, for five days over a long weekend. Great location, five minute walk to South Kensington Tube stop. Excellent rooms, very clean, everything worked. The manager, David, was very kind to us. Only suggestion would be to paint the ceiling in the shower in the master bedroom, the paint is peeling, and fix the knob on the door of the closets in the master bedroom, it is falling off.
