    A dishwasher would be nice. There were no wine glasses, so we had to go out and buy some - we left them behind for future guests. Overall, we were very pleased with our choice and enjoyed our stay.

    The apartment was great, fantastic location, very clean and tidy. The office staff we dealt with were great. The only issue we did have was that the toaster didn't work and we couldn't figure out how to use the grill in the oven. It may have been as simple as using certain settings but there was no manual on it (which I'd recommend or at least include how to use things in the apartment book) and we didn't spend too long trying to figure it out. We forgot to mention it on the day we were leaving.

    But it was still an excellent apartment, ideal for a large group visiting London for a few days.
