41 Draycott Place Apartments are fully serviced once a week by your maid. Leisure/ health club facilities can be found nearby at LA Fitness on Pelham Street or at the Chelsea Sports Centre.

This apartment has a double bedroom plus a double sofa bed, so it can sleep up to four people.

A larger version of the Small Deluxe One Bedroom Apartment, this apartment has a double bedroom and a double sofa bed. It can accommodate up to four people.

41 Draycott Place Apartments are located in prestigious Chelsea, close to Belgravia, Mayfair, Knightsbridge and Hyde Park. The nearest underground station is Sloane Square on the Central and District lines, which is about five minutes' walk from the apartments. From Sloane Square you are only one stop away from London Victoria main line and underground station. The Gatwick Express train runs every 15 minutes from Victoria to Gatwick Airport. Booking Procedure
41 Draycott Place Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your booking is only confirmed when your confirmation has been despatched to you after receipt of the signed Booking Form with appropriate credit card details.

Please note that there is a surcharge on payments made by credit card. This is 4% + VAT on payments made by American Express, or of 3% + VAT for all other cards.


Payment
Full payment or the first months payment (whichever is less) will be taken no later than the date of arrival before occupying the apartment.

Full payment must be received no later than the date of arrival. If payment is not received, this will constitute cancellation of the booking by the guest.

Security Deposit
The Apartments reserve the right to charge on the guest's credit card for any loss sustained by the apartments, damage, laundry, telephone bills, satellite charges or other expenses incurred by the guest and not paid for prior to, on or after the date of departure.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 21 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a cancellation charge of three nights' rental if the booking is for two weeks or less, or one week's rental if the booking is for longer than two weeks.

Stays of 1-6 nights can only be booked up to 10 days in advance, please note that specific apartment types (standard/deluxe) cannot be guaranteed.
