    very worst. Dont even book this apartment. It is not apartment, it is suite. Second kitchen is very very small and fridge doesnt even have handle to open. poor customer service.

    The reception staff should improve their skills in terms of politeness and friendliness. Apart from this blunt character of the reception staff, the location and the service is good. A bit better clutery in the kitchen and larger wardrobe will be helpful.

    Would only recommend with a caution to highlight the deficiencies of the "Studio Apartment". In reality a small hotel room with a kitchen workstation located in what would properly be termed a wardrobe. Cleaning staff were excellent. Reception staff only just adequate. Bathroom floor tiles badly cracked and had been for some time. Room safe only operative using emergency key. Building lift only functional to some floors-crucially not to our floor. Only one chair for a double room, no lounge type seating that would normally be considered standard in a "Studio Apartment" if only to facilitate watching TV in reasonable comfort. Kitchen facilities only just adequate but lacking sufficient items of cutlery for two people and tea towels for drying dishes.

    During my stay at this apartment, the elevator is not working for about three days. It was very inconvenience me and my family as our room are at 5th floor. On the last day, the elevator serviceable but i have experience stuck in the elevator.

    The sofa bed is not comfortable to use as a bed and need to be rectified as soon as possible.

    The apartment was quite small but the kitchenette was well equipped and we ended up cooking all our breakfasts and dinners in the flat which probably saved us close to a hundred pounds and greatly increased the apartment's value for money.

    The only big criticism was that the elevator wasn't working and our flat was on the 5th floor!! When reception was asked when it would be working the answer was "never"!

    Reception was really great - let me use their computer to do our online check-in and print our boarding passes. They also called us a taxi when we needed it.
