We were expecting a clothes dryer that worked. Called to say the instructions were not in the room. We looked everywhere for them. Should be placed with the appliance so we don't waste time calling and searching. IF they are there, make it visible. Disappointed that we couldn't wash jeans.
Also, our coffee pot was broken. We reported it and it was fixed by the next day, thank you. It would also be useful to have a map of where your office is so we can find you it needed. We lost time trying to figure that out. Also, the pull out couch does not sleep 2 people. We needed to scramble at the last minute because an extra person arrived with our daughter for a cot and bedding. If it sleeps 4, you should spell out that the cot is only big enough for one person.
We would use your service again despite our issues.
We enjoyed the apartment very much but have one suggestion. Since we stayed over Christmas the flat was not serviced for 5 days during a period when most stores and restaurants were closed. We would have appreciated in advance, extra kitchen and bath towels, more dishwashing and laundry soap, more tea and particularly sugar packets to carry us over.
