The idyllic location surpasses that of many of the more expensive hotels and residences in London with easy access to all of the city's attractions, sights and amenities. Additionally, there is free underground parking for guests, available on a first-come first-served basis, and every apartment boasts a balcony or patio area where you can relax and unwind.

Suitable for one or two people, the Studio has a combined living area and bedroom containing either a double bed or two twin beds. (One Studio Apartment has a king-size bed; this is subject to availability - please enquire upon booking).
Sleeps: 3 Bathrooms: 1 Small One Bedroom Apartment
This apartment has a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. It can sleep up to three people.
Sleeps: 4 Bathrooms: 1 Medium One Bedroom Apartment
This apartment has a bedroom containing two twin beds, plus a double sofa bed in the living area. It can sleep up to four people.
Sleeps: 5 Bathrooms: 1 Large One Bedroom Apartment
Suitable for up to five people, this apartment has a large bedroom containing three single beds, as well as a double sofa bed in the living area.
Only 300 yards from Kensington Gardens and close to Kensington Palace and Hyde Park, these apartments provide a fantastic base from which to explore some of London's finest shops, restaurants and bars. Notting Hill is literally on the doorstep and a short walk in the opposite direction will take you to Kensington High Street. The nearest tube station is Notting Hill Gate, which is approximately five minutes' walk (100 yards). From here, you can access the Central, District and Circle underground lines. Booking Procedure
202 Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Once the booking has been submitted, 202 Apartments will charge your card an amount equal to the first seven nights of your stay. (If you have booked for less than seven nights, then you will be charged for the total cost of your stay).
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment (less the deposit you will have already paid) at the rate you booked at.
Please note that there is a 3.5% service charge for the use of American Express cards.
Security Deposit
A deposit of 7 nights tariff is required to secure the reservation. Deposits are fully returnable upon 14 days notice of cancellation (less a 3.5% service charged for bookings made using American Express). For insufficient notice, refunds depend upon re-letting. Without the deposit we are unable to guarantee the accommodation.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 13:30 and check-out is by 11:30. Luggage can be held from 09:00 until the apartment is ready. On checkout, luggage can be held until 17:30 if you have a later flight.
Cards Accepted
202 Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
You will not be charged a cancellation fee provided that you cancel at least 14 days prior to arrival. if you cancel a booking within 14 days of arrival, you will lose the payment you made when you booked (i.e. up to 7 days' accommodation charge) unless the apartment can be re-let, in which case you will receive a full refund (less a 3.5% service charged for bookings made using American Express). 202 Apartments will always endeavour to re-let a cancelled apartment but cannot guarantee that this will always be possible. The more notice they have, the easier they will find it to re-let your space.

Minimum 5 night stay applies during the Summer season and during the Christmas period. Shorter bookings may be accepted at short notice e.g. one week before arrival, if an apartment is available.
Rates are per apartment per night, and include VAT (tax) and service.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
For longer stays and relocations, it is often possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We will always do our very best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.
