Good property, nice flat, really helpful receptionist. Very comfortable but pillows a bit on hard side and bathroom light system baffling. Would stay again if I need to work in the City again.

I stayed at 190 Bermonsley Street last weekend with my daughter who is 24
The apatrment was very clean and had every thing we needed.
However when we returned on Friday night we were unable to switch the lights off to sleep. we had to take the card out to get some darkness but this resulted in a blue flashing light which continued all night ..not good for a pleasant nights sleep. I reported this Sat morning and the reception said they woud send some one up imedietly .45 minutes later i had to ring again. we were wanting to get a shower etc so this time wasting was not good eventyly 60 mins later a chap came to say he would send maintenance. Why could the reception not have done this earlier. we went out for the day and left them to it. However when returned late Sat night we found that nothing had been done so again we had to try to sleep with a blue light flashing every couple of seconds ....so what could have been a lovely experience was marred by lack of sleep .

Really clean, convenient location, nice staff, 24 hour reception. Nice places to walk to in the area. Glad we stayed there!

apart from the heating that couldn't be controlled and the lack of information in other languages than English (it could be very useful with the household appliances) we had a very nice stay at Bermondsey's. the staff was very nice and the appartment vas pretily furnished and convenient .

Great location just south of Tower bridge. Went there on a very very hot weekend and the receptionist kindly brought up a fan for us (no air conditioning).

Whilst the apartment was modern, clean and comfortable, some of the quality of the building work was suspect (cupboard doors that would not open or close properly, wood flooring not finished off well etc). Also the wireless internet did not work for the evening of my stay which was extremely frustrating as I was a business traveller and this facility influenced my initial decision to stay there
This is the third time I've used Think Apartments and will definitely use them again as I feel they offer excellent value for money. With this latest booking, I was apparently double booked and offered alternative accommodation in Tower Bridge Street.....again no problem and excellent communication from the web based staff. Having to check-in, in Tanner Street and then walk with gear over to Tower Bridge Street (I'd parked my car as I thought I was staying in Tanner Street rather than the originally booked Bermondsey St), the receptionist was unable to communicate satisfactorily when asked about parking passes for the car or numbers for taxi firms. That is a little distressing in England....and I'm Scottish!
My wife would also recommend a mirror somewhere close to a power point for drying/straightening of hair etc.
Otherwise, I would love to own one of the apartments.
Regards
William Morrison
