My husband and I stayed in the studio apartment for 3 nights - it was fantastic! Absolutely loved the location - many great restaurants, cafes, shops within a block or two. Easy walk to Underground Station or straight down Piccadilly into the center of town - we like to walk, so was even convenient to West End for shows. Very nice neighborhood and we appreciated that it was quiet. The apartment is small, but not cramped. Had everything we needed to be comfortable and was very clean. We arrived very early - way before check in time - so were prepared to wait, but it was ready for us and the reception staff at Mayfair House was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They even escorted us down the block to the apartment. We didn't use the kitchen this time, but was well equipped. Also, the bathroom supplies (shampoo, etc) was my favorite - Bulgari - quite a treat! We have already recommended this apartment and service to many friends, and would love to stay again whenever we return to London!

Lovely apartment in Mayfair, situated in a quiet area, but with all the shops convenient at hand.I only missed proper wine glasses in the apartment.The furniture and bed was excellent.The bathroom needs in the near future attention.
But I surely recommend the apartment.

Apartment spacious, basically happy and personal are very helpful but as far as being equipped with the latest modern conveniences please note the following, kitchen has no dishwasher,no sugar bowl,teapot/coffee plunger, dining table for minimum four(extends) with only three dining room chairs, very small double bed with very poor quality mattress wooden base held up with two upright pieces of timber.No bedspread only a blanket (which we had to have replaced because it was grubby)Wooden blinds only no curtains, sought of OK, but the blind adjuster handles broken off and difficult to close tightly to keep out light/privacy.Spa bath pipelines and filter need cleaning badly. Charge for Visa debit card. Management here advised and showed me how their system worked the ANZ Bank in London advised me they did not charge to process this card. We thank you for this opportunity to comment and hope our comments will make somebody elses stay a little more comfortable. We leave here Tuesday 10a.m.Southampton on Wednesday to Sail home to Australia. Happy New Year. Yours sincerely, Trevor and Carole Nixon.
