Reception is approximately 1/3 of a mile from the studio. Summary:
Studio was musty, walls very thin, shower falling off the wall, very expensive for what you got. Positives - close to Baker Street tube station
Look elsewhere.

+ central thermal
+ close to metro and centre
+ very comfortable
i recommended the apartment, the price for an apartment so close to centre is normal.
Thank you

Based on the titles above I'll just move down them: Range of Facilities were quite good for what was expected, everything we may have needed was there. The location was ideal for us, we were within a short tube ride or a nice 15-20min walk of everything we needed to see or go to. The Customer Service was good and the receptionist couldn't have been nicer at the hotel when picking up our keys. However, thats where the good points stop. Cleanliness and comfort? non-existent. The apartment had damp on the cieling and in the shower, I don't know who painted the room but they can't paint. We bypassed this and enjoyed London, when getting home we could hear EVERYTHING from the apartment above. I have no idea what they were doing at 4am but when they walked about the floorboards creaked and we could hear everything they were saying. Overall, this was not value for money and would put me off using this website again.

room was pretty much as expected, however had following issues.
1. remote for TV didn't work
2. Stool top had most of the screws missing
3. Lights were missing in bedroom
4. poor tv signal and limited channels for the kids

Although the aparment was clean and modern and not a bad place to stay, i was not happy with a few things. The wooden floor choice was a bad idea as it amplified noises from other apartments in the building, the hairdryer in my room was faulty (broken temp control), no complimentary tea and coffee, T.V. bracket faulty, Cheap and very basic mattress. I would stay here again if the rates were lower, but wouldn't pay what is being asked again.

The apartment was very small but was able to cater to most of our needs. The toaster did no function properly (had to hold down the lever to get it to toast). Other than that, was very good. Check in and check out was seamless.
toilet kept sticking so flush was continuous, there was also a camp bed set up in the room that was not requested making it feel quite cramped
