For a booking of 1 - 3 nights, the welcome pack will include a selection of fruit, still and sparkling mineral water, fresh milk, tea and coffee.
For a booking of 4 nights or more, the welcome pack will include fresh milk, still and sparkling mineral water, orange juice, bowl of fruit, croissants, biscuits, bread, butter, jam, marmalade, tea and a cafetière with ground coffee.

For up to two people, the One Bedroom Apartment includes either a queen- or king-size double bed, bathroom with shower, and separate guest WC. It also has a combined lounge and dining area. One-bedroom apartments are located in the main building with a private entrance on Clarges Street.
Sleeps: 4 Bathrooms: 2 Two Bedroom Apartment
Two Bedroom Apartments contain a double or king-size bed in each bedroom, so they can sleep up to four people. There's a combined lounge and dining area, bathroom with shower, and separate guest WC.
Sleeps: 4 Bathrooms: 2 Two Bedroom Apartment With Private Patio
This is the same as the Two Bedroom Apartment, but with the added benefit of a private patio area.
Sleeps: 6 Bathrooms: 2 Three Bedroom Apartment
These split-level apartments have three bedrooms on the upper level: one bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom including separate shower unit, and a third bedroom containing a single bed. There's also a second bathroom. On the lower level there's a separate dining room with en-suite kitchen, a guest WC and a large lounge with three sofas, including one sofa bed. The apartment can sleep up to six people.

This is the same as the Two Bedroom Apartment, but with the added benefit of a private roof terrace.
The apartments are situated opposite Green Park, minutes from Piccadilly and just a short walk from Hyde Park, Park Lane and St James's Palace. Close by are the world-renowned shopping hotspots of Oxford Street, Regent Street, Knightsbridge and Bond Street. This is a central location with access to all major London attractions, including Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament. The nearest underground station is Green Park, which is less than five minutes' walk away. Green Park offers you the choice of three underground lines, the Victoria, Piccadilly and Jubilee, which give simple and quick access to all the primary areas of central London. Victoria main line and underground station is just one stop away, and from there you can take the Gatwick Express which runs every 15 minutes to Gatwick airport. Booking Procedure
13 Half Moon Street Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
For stays of up to seven nights, a deposit equal to the cost of one night's accommodation will be charged to your credit card. For stays of more than seven nights, your credit card will be charged for the cost of one night for each additional week or part thereof.
Payment
If you are staying for less than two weeks, you will be asked to pay the remainder of the accommodation cost when you check out of the apartment(s). Stays of two weeks and over will require payment on a weekly basis, with the remaining amount payable upon checkout. Please note that personal cheques are only accepted up to the amount shown on the cheque guarantee card.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you may be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
The usual times are from 14:00 for check-in and check out by 12:00. However, these times are flexible.

Cancellation Policy
For all bookings, the cancellation and deposit policies will be defined at the time of booking. Please contact us by phone or email if you require the exact details for your booking. Any booking comprising more than one apartment will be treated as a group booking and will therefore carry special terms and conditions.
