The apartments are set in the heart of Liverpool's business district, within sight of the iconic Liver Building. The city centre and the famous Albert Dock are within easy reach, offering a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. As the European Capital of Culture for 2008, the city offers a variety of cultural attractions and events such as the Beatles Story, the Anglican Cathedral and the Tate Liverpool offering the largest collection of modern art outside London. Liverpool James Street and Moorfields railway stations are just a short walk away, providing services on the Northern and Wirral lines of the Merseyrail network, including links to Liverpool Lime Street to connect with main line services. Liverpool John Lennon Airport is approximately 25 minutes' drive away. Booking Procedure
The Water Street Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
On booking, a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost will be charged to your credit card.
There is a 2% surcharge for using credit and debit cards.
Payment
The remaining 50% of the total accommodation cost will be taken on the day of arrival.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in time is between 14.00 and 19.00, although late arrivals may be arranged in advance at an additional charge of £25. Check-out is by 10.00 Monday-Friday or 12.00 on a Saturday or Sunday.
The apartments will be in contact in advance of arrival to advise you of check-in instructions.
Minimum Stay
Please note that there is a minimum stay requirement of two nights on a Friday and Saturday.
Cards Accepted
Water Street Apartments accept the following card types: Diners Club, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
The initial 50% deposit taken at the time of booking is non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will result in a total cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.

Rates are per apartment per night, and include VAT (tax) and service.
Please note that for weekend stays there is a 2 night minimum stay requirement.
