Suitable for one or two people this one bedroom apartment comes equipped with a double bed.
Sleeps: 4 Bathrooms: 2 Superior Two Bedroom Apartment
This two bedroom apartment is suitable for up to four people and comes equipped with a double bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom.
Sleeps: 6 Bathrooms: 2 Luxury Two Bedroom Apartment
Suitable for up to six people this two bedroom apartment comes equipped with a double bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area.
The apartments are located in the very centre of the city, within easy reach of the major sights and attractions. The Albert Dock, home to a number of fine restaurants and shops as well as the Beatles Story and Tate Gallery, is a short stroll away. Shoppers paradise; Liverpool One and the Met Quarter are within easy reach. Moorfields station is a short walk away offering services on the Northern and Wirral Lines. Liverpool Lime Street Station is within easy reach providing access to main line services. Liverpool John Lennon Airport is 11 miles away. Booking Procedure
The Unity Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
On booking, a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost will be charged to your credit card.
There is a 2% surcharge for using credit and debit cards.
Payment
The remaining 50% of the total accommodation cost will be taken on the day of arrival.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in time is between 14.00 and 19.00, although late arrivals may be arranged in advance. Check-out is by 10.00 Monday-Friday or 12.00 on a Saturday or Sunday.
Check-in after 19.30 will be subject to a late check-in fee. Please contact us for more details.
Minimum Stay
Please note that there is a minimum stay requirement of two nights on a Friday and Saturday.
Cards Accepted
The Unity Building Apartments accept the following card types: Diners Club, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
The initial 50% deposit taken at the time of booking is non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will result in a total cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.
