After work receptions are available Monday to Thursday between 18:00 and 20:00 and include complimentary wine, beer and snacks. The features below apply to all of the apartments:

Suitable for one or two people this apartment comes equipped with a king size bed and full kitchen.

Sleeps: 2  Bathrooms: 1 One Bedroom Apartment
This apartment is suitable for up to two people and comes equipped with a king size bed in a separate bedroom, a lounge area and a full kitchen.

Located next to the famous Albert Dock in the heart of Liverpool, the apartments are within easy reach of some of the main sights and attractions the city has to offer. Within Albert Dock is the Beatles Story, the Maritime Museum, Liverpool Duck tours and the Tate Liverpool as well as some of the best bars and restaurants in the city. Just a short walk away is the famous Liver Building and the city centre home to the cathedral, a wide range of high street and designer shops, the Empire Theatre, restaurants and bars. A little further afield but easily reached are Anfield, Goodison Park, Crosby beach and Royal Birkdale. The apartments are located within a few minutes walk of James Street Station which offers Merseyrail services on the Wirral Line. A little further away but still within easy reach is Liverpool Lime Street Station which offers main line services to a number of destinations.
Liverpool John Lennon Airport is approximately 15 minutes away by car or taxi. Booking Procedure
The Staybridge Suites Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is by 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Cards Accepted
Staybridge Suites Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
Stays of less than 7 nights and/or less than 5 rooms:
Staybridge Suites must receive notice of cancellation for bookings from 1 to 6 nights and/or less than 5 rooms in writing or verbally at least 1 week prior to the date of arrival. Where cancellation is received within this notice period no charge will be made. Cancellations received less than 1 week prior to the arrival date will be subject to a fee of 1 night's room rate per room reserved.

Stays of 7-27 nights and/or between 6 and 12 rooms:
Staybridge Suites must receive notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 to 27 nights and/or between 6 and 12 rooms in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the date of arrival. Where cancellation is received within this notice period no charge will be made. Cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to the arrival date will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total amount.

Stays of 28+ nights and/or more than 13 rooms:
Staybridge Suites must receive notification of cancellation for bookings of over 28 nights and/or more than 13 rooms in writing at least 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival. Where cancellation is received within this notice period no charge will be made. Cancellations received less than 3 weeks prior to the arrival date will be subject to a fee of 90% of the total amount.

Refunds will not be applicable for non-arrivals. Charges equal to 1 night's room rate will be applicable should a guest fail to show on the agreed date of arrival.
