Suitable for one or two people, this apartment has one bedroom with either a king sized bed or twin beds- please state your preference on the booking request form.
Sleeps: 2 Bathrooms: 1 One Bedroom Apartment with River View
Similar to the standard One Bedroom Apartment, but with the additional benefit of a view over the Mersey.
Sleeps: 4 Bathrooms: 2 Two Bedroom Apartment
Suitable for up to four people, this apartment has a master bedroom with a king sized bed, and either a second bedroom with twin beds or a single bedroom with a sofa bed in the living area.

Similar to the standard Two Bedroom Apartment, but with the additional benefit of a view over the Mersey.
Set in the heart of Liverpool's commercial centre, the apartments are just a stone's throw from the famous Liver Building and the bars, restaurants and museums of the Albert Dock. The shops and nightlife of the city centre are within easy walking distance James Street Station is just a short walk away, offering local train services on the Wirral line. A little further away, but still within easy reach, Liverpool Lime Street Station offers frequent main line services to a wide variety of destinations. Liverpool John Lennon airport is approximately 25 minutes drive away, and the cruise liner terminal is within walking distance. Booking Procedure
The Merchant Quarters Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
For bookings made more than seven days prior to arrival, a deposit equal to the first nights' accommodation will be charged to your card at the time of booking, and the remainder will be taken seven days prior to arrival.
For bookings made within seven days of arrival your card will be charged in full at the time of booking.
Payment
Payment will be made in full prior to arrival (see above).
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you may be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Please note that there is a charge of £50 for lost keys and fobs.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14.00 and check-out is by 12.00.

Merchant Quarters Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required seven days prior to arrival.
If you cancel less than seven days prior to arrival you will be charged a maximum of three days' apartment rental:
For stays of 2-6 days you will be charged for 1 day.
For stays of 7 or more days you will be charged for 3 days.
