On the whole the apartment was great but there were a few issues. We were allocated apartment 202.
1 - the apartment was booked for 8 people yet only 4 bath towels were allocated - this was rectified but only as we checked before recpetion closed.
2 - the dishwasher did not really clean any of the dishes properly - we ended up washing by hand - not ideal without a dish rack!
3 - when the rug/sofa were moved the make up the sofa bed there was a lot of broken glass on the floor - this could have been really dangerous had we not noticed.
4 - As with the towels there were not enough tea cups in the apartment for 8 people.
5 - there was not an electric shaver point in any of the bathrooms.

Only thing is that the wifi is a bit unstable and phone signal is quite bad - I don't use 3 even. But everything else is excellent, better than most places I've been.

The most serious is a leaky pipe - suspect it is from the upstairs unit- which left the rug from the hall into the dining area constantly damp.

There was only one problem and that was the leak in the en suit shower. water kept coming in to the hall when we showered, we only used that shower only once.

Facilities were good, location average. Very clean, beds comfortable. Only issue was the receptionist who was quite abrupt and tried to charge us a late check out, even though we were just loading up the car at 11.30. I think 11.00 check out is also a bit cheeky considering we pay £350 for the apartment. Most hotels now offer until 12pm. Overall a good stay, but would review the check out time and the receptionist!

Stayed here recently for a weekend in a group of 8 was more that happy with the apartment, it was gorgeous and very clean! the photos dont do it enough justice! so close to everything great price definitely 4* accomatation and the staff were so lovely, will be recommeneding this is EVERYONE!! thanks very much!!

Keys in patio doors please .Please buy cheap vacuum cleaner from lidl for apartment .Please increase shower pressure.
Wooden decking in balcony area is nice with chairs and table??. Paid internet access in main office only £5.00 an hour.??

Could not fault apartment or location but our neighbours were NOISY!! We phoned the night guard and he went to there room to tell them to keep the noise down - The next day they were asked to leave and we were compensated by reception as we left with out even asking.
This has not put us off as it was dealt with quickly, We would return as we know the premises are well looked after and has 24hr security and if there is a problem there is a solution a phone call away. :-)

We would definetly come back to these apartments again. We were a group of 15 away for a joint 21st, spread between 2 apartments. Only a 2 minute walk from Lime Street train station & a taxi rank. Although taxi drivers seemed to never know where these apartments where. But we had a fantastic weekend, the rooms were clean and there was plenty of room for everyone. beds were very comfy too. The apartments were beautiful, alot better than we could have even expected, 3 showers in the apartments so there was plenty of room for everyone to get ready. I have no complaints watso ever. We had an amazing weekend!

It would have been great if we could have booked in a little earlier than 3pm just so that we didn't have to leave stuff in car and go and entertain ourselves for a few hours before we were able to drop luggage in apartment. But all in all it was an excellent apartment, very clean and spacious for the 4 of us in an ideal location.

There were plenty of facilities and the location was good. However there was no one around on our arrival to check in with and we had to ask a builder how to get in touch with the office staff.
The apartment was clean but there were a few things broken such as the table legs, handles on drawers and the bathroom lock. The sofa was also damp as though the cover had been washed and put back on before airing.

The apartment was not properly maintained. A piece of window found cracked, handles of drawers found detached and sofa bed in the living room found broken. Nobody came and renew the bed sheets and pillow cases after 7 days.
