Suitable for one or two people this one bedroom apartment comes equipped with a double bed, full kitchen and bathroom.

This two bedroom apartment is suitable for up to four people and comes equipped with a double bed in each bedroom, full kitchen and either one or two bathrooms.
The apartments are located in the centre of the city, within easy reach of the key business, shopping and entertainment areas. Leeds Town Hall, Leeds City Square and the Grand Theatre are just a short walk away and the popular shopping destinations of The Light, Leeds Shopping Plaza and the Corn Exchange are nearby. Briggate, one of the city's main streets and home to a number of high-end and high street shops, cafés, bars and restaurants, is less than ten minutes' walk away. Leeds railway station is just a five minute walk away, offering regular services to a number of destinations including London, Sheffield, Manchester and York. Leeds Station is also the starting point for the spectacular Leeds-Settle-Carlisle line, taking travellers through the heart of the Yorkshire Dales.
Leeds Bradford International Airport lies just 8 miles to the north of the city, and is linked by an inexpensive bus service. Metro buses also connect most parts of the city and suburbs. Booking Procedure
The Vista Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
For stays of 1 to 2 nights: Your card will be charged in full at the time of booking.
For stays of 3 nights and over: Your card will be charged for 50% of the total amount at the time of booking.
Please note: A 3% surcharge applies to all payments made by credit card.
Payment
For stays of 3 nights and over: The remaining 50% will be taken on the last working day before your arrival.
For stays of 1-2 nights: Full payment will be taken at the time of booking.
Security Deposit
For stays of 1-2 nights your card will be pre-authorised, but not charged, for £250 to cover against any accidental damages or breakages.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Vista Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Maestro, Master Card, Visa, Visa Debit.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation fee charged will vary depending on your length of stay.
For stays of 1-2 nights: ALL cancellations made will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation costs.
For stays of 3-7 nights: Notice of cancellation must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid facing a cancellation charge.
Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation costs.
For stays of more than 7 nights: Notice of cancellation must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival to avoid facing a cancellation charge.
Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total accommodation costs.
