The Loft studio apartments have a combined living and sleeping area with a king-sized bed. In addition, some of the Loft apartments have a private terrace.

This apartment has two bedrooms with king-sized beds, one with an en-suite bathroom. There is an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.
The centre of Leeds, sometimes called "The Knightsbridge of the North" due to the diverse range of shops on offer, is easily reached from the apartments. As well as shopping, the city centre offers a wide range of bars, restaurants and nightlife. Also nearby is Kirkstall Abbey, a ruined monastery and public park that hosts festivals and open-air concerts. Leeds city centre is approximately two miles away, easily accessible by public transport. Leeds Bradford International Airport is 15-20 minutes' drive from the apartments. Booking Procedure
The 361 Apartments by Roomzzz can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out is by 11.00.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required before 12 noon on the day of arrival.
Cancellations received later than 12 noon will incur a charge equal to one night's stay per room booked.
