The Park Row Apartments by BridgeStreet are right in the heart of Leeds, which is sometimes known as "The Knightsbridge of the North" due to the diverse range of shops to be found here, from unique boutiques to large department stores. There are also many bars, nightclubs and restaurants to enjoy, and the city has recently received tourism accolades. Leeds railway station is just a short walk away, offering regular services to, amongst others, London, Sheffield, Manchester and York. It's also the starting point for the spectacular Leeds-Settle-Carlisle line, taking travellers through the heart of the Yorkshire Dales.
Leeds Bradford International Airport lies just 8 miles to the north of the city, and is linked by an inexpensive bus service. Metro buses also connect most parts of the city and suburbs. Booking Procedure
The Park Row Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Please note that arrivals between 08.00 and 19.00 can be made at the Park Row Apartments by BridgeStreet. For arrivals outside of these hours, guests can collect keys at Residence 6 by BridgeStreet, The Old Post Office, 3 Infirmary Street, which is 150 yards away and staffed 24 hours a day.

Park Row Apartments by BridgeStreet accept the following card types: American Express, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
For stays of 1-6 nights notification of cancellation must be received at least 72 hours prior to midday on the day of arrival. Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to this time will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to one night's accommodation.

For stays of 7-27 nights notification of cancellation must be received at least 7 working days prior to the arrival date. Where cancellation is received less than 7 working days prior to the arrival date, any refund will be subject to the apartment being re-let and a minimum cancellation charge equal to three nights' accommodation.

For stays of 28 nights and over notification of cancellation must be received at least 28 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations received less than 28 days prior to arrival will be subject to a minimum cancellation charge equal to seven nights' accommodation, and refunds will be subject to the apartment being re-let.

Refunds will not be applicable for non-arrivals.
