Each apartment has been finished to the highest standard and incorporates the impressive combination of beautifully preserved period features with chic, contemporary furnishings and appliances. Luxurious décor, flat screen TVs, fully equipped kitchens and a rooftop jacuzzi ensure a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Please note: A two night minimum stay requirement applies to stays over weekends.

Leeds is sometimes known as "The Knightsbridge of the North" due to the diverse range of shops to be found here- from unique boutiques to large department stores. There are also many bars, nightclubs and restaurants to enjoy, and the city has recently received tourism accolades. Leeds railway station is just a five minute walk away, offering regular services to, amongst others, London, Sheffield, Manchester and York. It's also the starting point for the spectacular Leeds-Settle-Carlisle line, taking travellers through the heart of the Yorkshire Dales.
Leeds Bradford International Airport lies just 8 miles to the north of the city, and is linked by an inexpensive bus service. Metro buses also connect most parts of the city and suburbs. Booking Procedure
The Park Place Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Payment
For stays of one month or less, full prepayment is required upon arrival.
For stays of over one month, the first month's accommodation will be paid for upon arrival and subsequent periods will be charged on a monthly basis.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is after 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00 noon.

Park Place Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required seven days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the total cost of your stay.
