The room was perfectly adequate, comfortable, and represented good value for money.
However I found the customer service to be sorely lacking. The staff member at check in when I checked in was I felt not very welcoming at all, and i found their persona to be rude and quite unreasonable. This left a very bad impression.

The windows, splashback on cooker and floor in the appartment were filthy and not cleaned during my 5 day stay. The couch and table and chairs looked nice but were very uncomfortable. I borrowed a hairdryer from reception which was a bit rubbish and we went out and bought a cafetierre as it was not supplied.

Very good experience staying here. Booking was quick and easy.
Just a couple of things; I didn't realise that Central Aparthotel was a separate organisation to Citybaseapartments (which acted as a facilitator), Roomzzz was also mentioned in my email as well. Therefore, there was a lot of confusion getting there and knowing where we were supposed to be going. The email provided links to the Roomzz apartment, not Central Aparthotel so we ended up initially in the wrong place.
The standard of the apartment with fantastic with all of the basic eminities.
We brought an xbox with us as well, hoping to connect it to the TV but it didn't work - I don't know if this was a permission thing? Just something to bare in mind for the future.
The other thing was that we misinterpreted "Full kitchen" - still not sure what that meant as the apartment didn't have an oven which was a surprise.
Free parking when we went (Saturday night) which was one thing to not have to worry about.
All in all, good stay and I would recommend again.

Great place, great staff!! Would defo recommend this place. Only negative is no oven in the apartment and a little to far to walk in to city centre. Other then that room service was great aswl as the staff.
