No complaints whatsoever, everything was good, always a testimony is whether I would stay again, and my answer is a definite yes.
Only thing I would suggest is that the map to get to your flats was difficult to follow, but this isn't a real issue to the excellent service you provided.
Thank you

A comforable apartment well placed for city centre. If anything the bed was a litle small although comfortable enough.

We enjoyed our stay. The only downside, on facilities, was the lack of storage space, in particular for large suitcases. Also, it would have been nice to have a sports channel on TV.

Absolutely perfect for a short stay in Leeds. The location is great - a couple of minutes walk to the city centre, some nice bars and delis on the doorstep.
A smallish dining / kitchen area if you were living there but for hanging out and catching up, absolutely spot on.

My sister & I spent the weekend here and were delighted with the whole experience. Everything from the welcome to our departure was first class. Security was excellent. If we come back to Leeds we would definitely stay at these apartments.

Absolutely brilliant alternative to a hotel. Fully contained apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Bread, milk, cereals, butter, jams, Tea, coffee and sugar, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets were all provided. The only thing extra (that I'm glad I took with me) was cleaning wipes to wipe down the kitchen surfaces. Spotlessly clean, lovely big balcony and in a perfect location with just a short walk to bars and restaurants. We was met at the entrance to the car park and shown up to our apartment (sorry I forgot the lady's name) but she was great. Just make sure that you ask how the hot water works because the tank doesn't hold very much and I ended up having a painful shower in cold water!
Without doubt I would def stay here again!

Nice apartment and views over leeds and it's a great location near all the shops and pubs. The only thing was we didnt get our rose wine which was promised for our arrival. However we did get plenty of bread, cereal and milk!!

Would not grumble over a bit more space, but did the job well. Customer service from booking to confirming/clarifying & directions was great!! Young man who met us and showed us to the flat was punctual & polite. Great service, would recommend & book with you again with out a doubt.

It would be useful to be notified of the cost of parking prior to booking. The website said parking available but did not mention the price - 8 GBP per night is quite high on top of the apartment price.
