Great apartment, location was a bit non descript but fine, easy taxi ride from city centre. The only let down was the lack of a decent frying pan in the apartment.

The apartment itself was very good and the location was OK as we knew the apartment was a bit out of the city centre. Although we couldn't get the patio doors in the living room to open, to let in some air.
However, we were seriously disappointed with the customer service we received. On the Friday night we were locked out of the apartment as the person who checked us in only checked us in for 1 night instead of 3. This meant that we were stranded outside at midnight with no idea how we were going to get in. Thankfully I managed to get access to my e-mail and was able to get the number to call reception. However, the first time I called nobody answered the phone which left us thinking that we were genuinely going to be locked out all night. This was particularly distressing as my girlfriend is pregnant. Somebody eventually answered the phone and we were told that we would have to go all the way back to reception in order to sort out the issue. This meant that we had to get a taxi at our expense which we were not reimbursed for. As I said, all this occurred as the key card had been set wrong when we initially checked in. Also, despite us asking for an extra key card we were only given one when we checked in when we should have been given two as two couples were staying in the apartment.
I think it would be very useful if there were actually some contact phone numbers on the gates to the apartment. If I couldn't have accessed my e-mails we would have had no idea which phone number to call and would have been stuck in the middle of the night.
