This apartment has one double bedroom and one single bedroom, to accommodate up to three people.

Sleeps: 4  Bathrooms: 2 Two Bedroom Four Person Apartment
This apartment has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom and can sleep up to four people.

The apartments are just over a mile away from the Marlowes shopping centre, with easy access to a range of local amenities. Hemel Hempstead offers a range of leisure facilities, shops and restaurants in both the old and new parts of the town. Hemel Hempstead railway station is less than ten minutes' drive from the apartments, and offers regular main-line services to a range of destinations including London Euston, Milton Keynes and Northampton. Booking Procedure
The Waterside Court Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment will be taken from your card at the time of booking.

For bookings made more than 8 weeks in advance, a deposit equal to one third of the total cost of the stay will be charged to your card at the time of booking. The remainder will be charged to your card eight weeks prior to arrival.

Please note that there is a 2% surcharge on payments made by Visa or Mastercard and a 3.5% surcharge on payments made by American Express. There is no surcharge for payments made by debit card.

Payment
Apartments will be paid for prior to arrival - see above.

Security Deposit
For stays of up to four weeks, a deposit of £100 will be required.

For stays of over four weeks, a deposit equal to the first weeks' stay will be required.

This deposit is refundable after departure, minus any deductions for telephone calls or other expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Waterside Court Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Maestro, Master Card, Visa, Visa Debit.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received more than 8 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 1/3 of the total booking.

Cancellations received less than 8 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the total booking.

Rates are per apartment per night, inclusive of service and exempt from VAT.

For longer stays and relocations, it is often possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We will always do our very best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.
