This apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with a single bed and extra bed which can easily be converted into a double bed.

This townhouse comes equipped with a double bedroom on the ground floor, the master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom and a third children's bedroom with high rise bed, single sofa bed and en-suite shower room on the first floor. There is also a full kitchen, family bathroom and additional WC.

The apartments are just a mile away from the Marlowes shopping centre, with easy access to a range of local amenities. Hemel Hempstead offers a range of leisure facilities, shops and restaurants in both the old and new parts of the town. Hemel Hempstead railway station is less than ten minutes' drive from the apartments, and offers regular main-line services to a range of destinations including London Euston, Milton Keynes and Northampton. Booking Procedure
Imperial Way can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment will be taken from your card at the time of booking.

For bookings made more than 8 weeks in advance, a deposit equal to one third of the total cost of the stay will be charged to your card at the time of booking. The remainder will be charged to your card eight weeks prior to arrival.

Please note that there is a 2% surcharge on payments made by Visa or Mastercard and a 3.5% surcharge on payments made by American Express. There is no surcharge for payments made by debit card.

Payment
Apartments will be paid for prior to arrival - see above.

Security Deposit
For stays of up to four weeks, a deposit of £100 will be required.

For stays of over four weeks, a deposit equal to the first weeks' stay will be required.

This deposit is refundable after departure, minus any deductions for telephone calls or other expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Imperial Way accept the following card types: American Express, Maestro, Master Card, Visa, Visa Debit.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received more than 8 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 1/3 of the total booking.

Cancellations received less than 8 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the total booking.
