This apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with a single bed and extra bed which can easily be converted into a double bed.

Locality and Attractions:
The apartments are just a mile away from the Marlowes shopping centre, with easy access to a range of local amenities. Hemel Hempstead offers a range of leisure facilities, shops and restaurants in both the old and new parts of the town.
Travel Information:
Hemel Hempstead railway station is less than ten minutes' drive from the apartments, and offers regular main-line services to a range of destinations including London Euston, Milton Keynes and Northampton.

Booking Procedure
The Imperial Way Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment will be taken from your card at the time of booking.

For bookings made more than 8 weeks in advance, a deposit equal to one third of the total cost of the stay will be charged to your card at the time of booking. The remainder will be charged to your card eight weeks prior to arrival.

Please note that there is a surcharge of 1.8% on payments made by Visa or Mastercard and a surcharge of 3.5% on payments made by American Express. There is no surcharge for payments made by debit card.

Payment
Apartments will be paid for prior to arrival - see above.

Security Deposit
For stays of up to four weeks, a deposit of £100 will be required.

For stays of over four weeks, a deposit equal to the first weeks' stay will be required.

This deposit is refundable after departure, minus any deductions for telephone calls or other expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Imperial Way Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
For stays of 7 – 27 nights, notification of cancellation must be received at least 7 working days prior to the arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to 7 nights' stay.

For stays of 28 nights or more, notification of cancellation must be received at least 28 days prior to the arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to 7 nights' stay.

Refunds will not be applicable for non-arrivals.
