Overall score:
The location was ideal, especially with such secure and easy parking. Ronnie looked after us so well and ensured we settled and had all we needed. Only one really tiny gripe was that the iron was rather marked and the ironing board cover useless - but I'm sure it won't be difficult to get those little items sorted! I would have no hesitation in using the apartments again and am very happy to recommend to family and friends.

This accommodation consists of a lovely 2 bedroomed flat, however the cleanliness of this flat definately left a lot to be desired. Superficially it looked relatively clean however on looking beneath the surface was extremely grubby. The floors, skirting boards, behind the toilet and other areas were positively dirty. Extremely disappointing and very unnecessary.

Overall score:
Had a group of friends visiting my home town of Glasgow and booked these apartments. I was not disappointed, it was in an ideal location in the centre of Glasgow and everyone who stayed was impressed with the apartment given the amount paid for it. Clean towels and bedding provided for everyone, flexible on the parking arrangements and helpful guides on how to use everything in the apartment. One minor complaint: the main bathroom had no shower while the en-suite did, but two toilets makes it better than other apartments I have stayed in recently! Overall I was very pleased considering what I paid for the apartment.

Overall score:
Stayed in tollbooth apts for 2nd year in a row. Apartment was clean and nicely furnished. My only comment for property management would be to have more silverware so dishes dont have to be done after every meal. Also there were no blankets available and the drapes in bedroom are not blackout so let all sunlight through. Overall loved the apartment

Overall score:
As a party of 5 adults, we really only had one complaint: we felt that only one shower in an an otherwise well equipped apartment was disappointing and time consuming. As a family we all know each other well, but this would have been awkward if the group had not been a family one.

Disappointed by the cleanliness of the apartment. Required a good scrub, floor covered with hair and needed a good wash.
Location and size of apartment was first class as was our stay.
