Suitable for up to six people this two bedroom apartment comes equipped with a double bed in both bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living area.

The apartments are located in the popular West End area of Glasgow. Byres Road and Ashton Lane are just a short stroll away, both home to a wide range of high-street shops, fine restaurants, stylish boutiques and fashionable bars. Glasgow Botanic Gardens are a stone's throw from the apartments offering a tranquil escape from the city. Kelvingrove Park is nearby, which is one of the finest parks in the city and home to Glasgow's premier museum and art gallery, the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum. Glasgow Central and Queen Street train stations are within easy reach of the apartments by car or public transport. Hillhead and Kelvinbridge SPT Subway stations are a short walk away providing access to the rest of the city. There is a comprehensive bus network with services in and around the city.
Glasgow Airport is less than 20 minutes drive away. Booking Procedure
The King's Suites can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For bookings made 21 days or more prior to arrival: Your card will be charged a non refundable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation costs at the time of booking.
For bookings made less than 21 days prior to arrival: Your card will be charged for the full amount at the time of booking.

Payment
For bookings made more than 21 days prior to arrival: The remaining 75% will be payable 21 days prior to your arrival date.
For bookings made 21 days or less prior to arrival: You will be charged for the full amount at the time of booking.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required, however, your credit/debit card details will be retained until after checking-out, once the apartment has been checked. In the event of any damages or breakages, your card will be charged for any charges incurred.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Cards Accepted
King's Suites accept the following card types: American Express, Maestro, Master Card, Visa Credit, Visa Debit.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations made will be subject to a cancellation charge.
Cancellations received 21 days or more prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the 25% deposit paid at the time of booking.
Cancellations received less than 21 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation costs.

Rates are per apartment per night, and include service. The apartments are not subject to VAT.
Please note: There is a 3 night minimum stay requirement for weekend stays (stays commencing on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday).
