Set over two floors this two bedroom apartment comes equipped with a double bed in the master bedroom, triple beds in the second bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area sleeping a sixth and seventh person. The apartment also has a full kitchen, bathroom and additional WC.

The apartments are centrally located and within easy reach of the city's key shopping, entertainment and business areas. George Square and the Glasgow City Chambers are a short walk away. Buchanan Street, Argyle Street and Princes Square are close by offering a variety of shops and bars. The Merchant City, a popular destination with a variety of restaurants, bars and pubs, is nearby. Glasgow Central and Queen Street train stations are both a few minutes away, offering access to main line services. Buchanan Street SPT Subway station is a short walk away providing access to the rest of the city. There is a comprehensive bus network with services in and around the city.
Glasgow Airport is approximately 20 minutes drive away. Booking Procedure
The Courthouse Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For bookings made 21 days or more prior to arrival: Your card will be charged a non refundable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation costs at the time of booking.
For bookings made less than 21 days prior to arrival: Your card will be charged for the full amount at the time of booking.

Payment
For bookings made more than 21 days prior to arrival: The remaining 75% will be payable 21 days prior to your arrival date.
For bookings made 21 days or less prior to arrival: You will be charged for the full amount at the time of booking.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required, however, your credit/debit card details will be retained until after checking-out, once the apartment has been checked. In the event of any damages or breakages, your card will be charged for any charges incurred.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Courthouse Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations made will be subject to a cancellation charge.
Cancellations received 21 days or more prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the 25% deposit paid at the time of booking.
Cancellations received less than 21 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation costs.

Rates are per apartment per night, and include VAT (tax) and service.
Please note: There is a 3 night minimum stay requirement for weekend stays (stays commencing on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday).
