The false fire alarm had caused us to loose our sleep which we can barely accomodate. We could hear walking noises from upstairs very loud. We are very disappointed that no apology from the management the next day regarding the fire alarm. We stayed one night on the 14/4/2012

Stay at Fraser Suites for birthday night out with friends. The apartments are in a great location in the Merchant City and were comfortable and clean. However the accomodation was looking tired and in need of upgrading especially the kitchen units, lack of full set of cutlery, bathroon tiles needed cleaning as were mildewed. Overall we had a good stay but have stayed in more up to date accomodation through Citybased Apartments before.

We were given room 401 and it was absolutely fantastic! I would stay there again definitely.

The apartment has all you need for a few days stay. It was very clean an the stuff is very friendly. The street was a little bit loud, but it doesn´t matter.
It was a great location with a lot of nice pubs and restaurants around. It was perfect to explore the city.

The apartment was rather warm and would be concerned about using it in the summer months. Service was very good, cleanliness was excellent. Accepting this was a studio apartment, the catering equipment was very minimal. The mattresses were rather "tired" resulting in an uncomfortable sleep. Position was excellent for City venues.

Spacious studio with huge bed. Only downside was we were facing the main street which was quite busy as expected on a sat night.
Lovely leather sofa, tv, hifi etc. Kettle for a cuppa etc. Have been several times and wouldnt stay anywhere else in Glasgow

We had a brilliant stay at Fraser Suites, very comfortable and enjoyable. The half price voucher for parking next door was a bonus!
The breakfast was a let down - no customer service at all, the only time the member of staff spoke was to ask for the room number. Not a lot of choice available either.
Overall, the stay was great and I will definitely be back! (Will be giving breakfast a miss though)

No proper internet facility provided to us. Cable does not work and reception was always busy and not able to address our problem. Laundry mentioned as free service but charged in the invoice. Landline call for ISD is 5 pounds which is horrible to use..

This was my third stay at the Fraser appartments and I will definitely return next year. Incredibly clean and spacious accomodation with friendly staff. One of my favourite places to stay.

thoroughly enjoyed our stay, staff were typical of Glasgow friendly helpful & polite, we will definitely be back, a bit noisy from traffic but you are in the middle of scotlands largest city, shaver socket would be handy & maybe another chair, but really no complaint about cleanliness of apartment, overall better than many hotels we have used in the past

We were booked into a studio appartment and couldn't find fault with it whatsoever. The kitchen area had everthing we needed, the room itself was very spacious for a studio and also had a seating area (as opposed to using the bed as a couch) and the location was excellent. Will be using Fraser Suites on our next visit to Glasgow.

Clenliness of this apartment was very good. What let this apartment down were poor beds, you could feel the springs! Pillows were like flat bricks and duvets were cheap.
