Suitable for one or two people, this apartment has one bedroom with a king-sized bed.

Locality and Attractions:

Farnborough High Street is just a short stroll away, offering a range of restaurants, bars and shopping in the Kingsmead centre.

Farnham Castle, Thorpe Park and the Ascot Racecourse are all within a thirty minute drive. Every other year, Farnborough is home to the Farnborough International Air Show.

Travel Information:

Farnborough train station is less than two miles from the apartments, providing a direct link to London Waterloo station in approximately 40 minutes. There are also bus links to other parts of Farnborough and nearby towns.

Terms & Conditions:

Booking Procedure
SACO Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For bookings made within seven days of arrival, your card will immediately be charged in full for the total stay.

For bookings made in advance, the card will be charged in full within seven days of making the booking.

Payment
Payment will be made in full at the time of booking or within seven days (see above).

Security Deposit
A deposit covering breakages and damages may be required at the time of booking. If a deposit is not charged, you may be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Short Stay Availability
Please note that availability for stays of 2-6 nights can usually only be confirmed within 14 days of the arrival date.

SACO Apartments Farnborough accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Electron, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least 28 nights prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.

Where cancellation of the whole or part of a booking is received less than 28 nights prior to arrival, the apartments reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £100. Any refund of accommodation charges will be subject to the apartment being re-let.

No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.

= VAT rate falls from 17.5% to 3.5% after 28 nights. The first 28 nights are charged at the higher rate.
Rates are per apartment per night, and include VAT (tax) and service.

Long Stays and Relocations:

For longer stays and relocations, it is often possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We will always do our very best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.
