This apartment has three bedrooms, each with either double or twin beds, and a double sofa bed in the living area, to accommodate up to eight people. (Please note that use of the sofa bed carries a supplementary charge per person, per night).
The South Side Apartments are located in the Newington area of Edinburgh, close to Holyrood Park, Arthur's Seat and the Salisbury Crags. The Royal Mile is just a ten-minute walk away. A frequent bus route nearby offers a quick route into the city centre. Edinburgh is served by two main railway stations, Edinburgh Waverley and Haymarket, and most parts of the city, suburbs and surrounding region are connected by an extensive bus system. Edinburgh Airport is just eight miles west of the city centre. Booking Procedure
The South Side Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
On booking, a deposit of 25% of the total accommodation cost will be charged to your card.
The remaining balance is due four weeks prior to arrival.
Please note that credit card payments are subject to an additional 2.5% charge, and debit cards are subject to a charge of £1 per transaction.
Payment
Apartments will be paid for prior to arrival - see above.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00.
Guests will need to inform the apartments of their arrival time in advance, and will be greeted upon arrival.
Cards Accepted
South Side Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within four weeks of the arrival date will result in a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.
For cancellations made more than four weeks prior to the arrival date, the 25% deposit will be retained.
Please Note: There is a minimum stay requirement of 2 nights at the weekend.
