The Rodney Street Apartments are situated in a quiet and peaceful residential area, a short walk from the Royal Botanic Gardens and within easy reach of the city centre and its attractions.
Each apartment is bright, comfortable and contemporary, and is equipped with all the comforts of home to provide an ideal base for the business or leisure traveller.

The Rodney Street Apartments are situated just a short walk from the Royal Botanic Gardens. The lively restaurants and bars of the Broughton Street area are just five minutes' walk away, and George Street, the main area for shops, nightclubs and bars is approximately twelve minutes' walk away. Edinburgh benefits from an extensive bus system connecting most parts of the city, suburbs and surrounding region, and is served by two rail stations, Edinburgh Waverley and the smaller Haymarket station to the west. Edinburgh Airport is just eight miles west of the city centre. Booking Procedure
The Rodney Street Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
On booking, a deposit of 25% of the total accommodation cost will be charged to your card.
The remaining balance is due four weeks prior to arrival.
Please note that credit card payments are subject to an additional 2.5% charge, and debit cards are subject to a charge of £1 per transaction.

Apartments will be paid for prior to arrival - see above.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Guests will need to inform the apartments of their arrival time in advance, and will be greeted upon arrival.
Cards Accepted
Rodney Street Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within four weeks of the arrival date will result in a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.
For cancellations made more than four weeks prior to the arrival date, the 25% deposit will be retained.
Please Note: There is a minimum stay requirement of 2 nights at the weekend.
