An excellent base. Clean, tidy and generally well cared-for. For the money you can't go wrong.

We stayed her for the weekend with another couple. It was ideal having two double rooms & two bathrooms. Good facilities & location. Easy access to city centre with bus stop directly across the road & only 15min journey. Overall would use again.

We were given the penthouse apartment which was a pleasant surprise: the views were fantastic. It was well located and the secure parking was great. We used the bus to go into Edingburgh which was efficient and cheap. The apartment was well furnished and equipped although a few more mugs and glasses wouldn't come amiss. Would definitley come back.

Was delighted with the no smoking policy (being a family of non smokers) but to be honest when entering the apartment it smelt like the previous tenants had done nothing but smoke in the apartment. The only other comment I could make would be that it could do with a lick of paint and some smaller breakfast bowls would have been nice.

When we got to the apartment, it looked very nice from outside, once we got in it was even better, the apartment was clean, smelled fresh. On top of that the view was all the ocean and it was amazing!! Had no issues with anything, apart from one of the windows in the bedroom wouldn't open. But was great! Customer service was lovely :) Definately booking again, well worth the money!
We were very pleased with the property. We arrived after 8pm, took a taxi from Waverley which cost £10.00. Getting in was very easy following instructions. Apartment warm, spacious, clean and comfortable with leather sofas and TV/DVD. Had all electrical goods but not much crockery. No cereal bowls, no cafetiere. Apparently this is all being remedied. Asda one bus stop away or 10 mins walk. Bus terminus outside block. Buses frequent and reasonably priced though You will need correct money, so have plenty of change. Very please with experience of staying here.
