The Holyrood Aparthotel enjoys an enviable location just off the historic Royal Mile. All of Edinburgh's attractions are within easy reach, yet because the Holyrood is situated on a quiet street it offers guests of these Edinburgh apartments valuable tranquillity.
The apartments are bright and spacious and each is equipped with all the comforts of home, including a full kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer.

The Holyrood Aparthotel is located just off the historic Royal Mile with many of Edinburgh’s most popular visitor attractions right on the doorstep, including the Palace of Holyroodhouse, Our Dynamic Earth and Edinburgh Castle. There is a wide range of restaurants and bars to choose from, and the main shopping areas are just a short walk away. Edinburgh is served by two main railway stations, Edinburgh Waverley and Haymarket, and most parts of the city, suburbs and surrounding region are connected by an extensive bus system. Edinburgh Airport is just eight miles west of the city centre. Booking Procedure
Holyrood Aparthotel can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
On booking, a deposit of 25% of the total accommodation cost will be charged to your credit card.
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for a credit card imprint for the full amount at the rate you booked at. Payment will be processed on your departure.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00.
Minimum Stay
A minimum two night stay applies to all weekends unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.
A minimum four night stay applies to stays during August unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.
A minimum four night stay applies to the 29th December 2010 - 1st January 2011.
The minimum one night stay applies at all other times.

Holyrood Aparthotel accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Visa Credit, Visa Debit.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival you will be charged a maximum of three days' apartment rental:
For stays of 1-6 days you will be charged for one day.
For stays of 7 or more days you will be charged for three days.
Events Dates include: 29th December 2010 - 1st January 2011. Different minimum stay requirements apply to these periods- please see Terms and Conditions. Higher rates may also apply to other dates- please contact us for details.
