This apartment has a master bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with either a double bed or twin beds- please state your preference on the booking request form.
Located in The Grange, a popular residential area on the south side of the city, the apartments benefit from an air of suburban seclusion, yet are within easy reach of the city centre. Edinburgh is best known for the Festival, encompassing a wide range of events from the Fringe to the Military Tattoo, but also features a wide range of attractions open all year. Edinburgh benefits from an extensive bus network connecting most parts of the city, suburbs and surrounding region. The city is served by two main railway stations, Edinburgh Waverley and Haymarket, and Edinburgh Airport is just eight miles west of the city centre. Booking Procedure
The Garden Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
For bookings made more than eight weeks in advance, a deposit equal to 20% of the total cost of the stay will be charged to the card at the time of booking, and the remainder charged eight weeks prior to arrival.
For bookings made within eight weeks of arrival, full payment will be taken immediately.
Payment
Apartments will be paid for prior to arrival (see above).
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you may be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.
Cards Accepted
Garden Apartments accept the following card types: Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least seven working days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total cost of the stay.
Cancellations made within seven working days of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the stay.
High Season rates apply between the 1st and 31st August and from the 21st December to the 3rd January.
