The Dreamhouse Rothesay Apartments are located within walking distance of the commercial district, art galleries, museums and shopping. The Edinburgh Festival each summer encompasses many events, including the Fringe and the Military Tattoo. Many other events take place throughout the year, and visitors can always enjoy the wide range of bars, clubs and restaurants. Haymarket railway station is just a short walk away, offering access to main line services. The Dreamhouse Rothersay Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will be subject to a charge.
For cancellations received more than 14 days prior to arrival there will be a cancellation charge equivalent to 20% of the total cost of the stay.
For cancellations received 14 days or less prior to arrival there will be a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.
