This convenient location is well served by local bus routes and just a short walk from Edinburgh Waverley train station.
These two bedroom apartments are modern and comfortable, fully equipped with all the necessities required by the modern traveller.

This apartment is equipped with two queen-sized beds and can sleep up to four people.
The Dreamhouse Holyrood Apartments are situated just off the historic Royal Mile with many of Edinburgh’s most popular visitor attractions right on the doorstep, including Our Dynamic Earth, the modern Scottish Parliament building, the Palace of Holyroodhouse and Edinburgh Castle. There is a wide range of restaurants and bars to choose from, and the main shopping areas are just a short walk away. Edinburgh Waverley train station is nearby, and most parts of the city, suburbs and surrounding region are connected by an extensive bus system. Edinburgh Airport is just eight miles west of the city centre. Booking Procedure
The Dreamhouse Holyrood Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Full payment will be taken immediately at the time of booking.
Please note that there is a surcharge of 3% on payments made by American Express.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will be subject to a charge.
For cancellations received more than 14 days prior to arrival there will be a cancellation charge equivalent to 20% of the total cost of the stay.
For cancellations received 14 days or less prior to arrival there will be a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.
