A one bedroom apartment with a dressing room overlooking a private patio garden. Contemporary in design, the apartment features a collection of modern paintings from Glasgow and Edinburgh art schools. There is a large double shower room.

This one bedroom suite comes equipped with either a king size or twin beds, a separate bathroom with bath and rain shower and a fully equipped kitchen. The suite features a beautiful reception room with stunning feature fireplace and flat screen TVs with integrated sound system in both the lounge and bedroom. An extra bed can be added upon request for an additional charge sleeping a third person.

Suitable for one or two people this luxurious suite comes equipped with a super king size bed, bathroom with double separate rain shower, twin sinks and double roll top bath. The spacious lounge and kitchen areas boast spectacular views towards the Firth of Forth.

This is a one bedroom apartment with the added benefit of a floodlit Georgian walled garden, twice the size of the apartment itself. This apartment can sleep up to two people.

This one bedroom suite comes equipped with a king size bed, bathroom with rain shower over the bath, fully equipped kitchen and picture window with stunning open views. An extra bed can be added upon request, for an additional charge, sleeping a third person.

This apartment has a classic Georgian sitting room with a mix of modern and antique furniture, a spacious bedroom overlooking the garden and an open fireplace. Two extra beds can be supplied, so the apartment can sleep up to four people.

A one bedroom apartment with one full bathroom and an additional shower room, benefiting from large windows and an open fire. There is also a sofa bed in the sitting room, so this apartment can sleep up to four people.

Suitable for up to four people this two bedroom suite comes equipped with two king size beds, one of which can be split into twin beds upon request. The suite also features two bathrooms, an open plan kitchen and workstation which can be concealed when not required.

This is a two bedroom apartment with one full bathroom and an additional shower room. An additional bed is available on request to accommodate a child. This apartment boasts views over the city towards St. Mary's Cathedral.

This striking two bedroom suite, with its own private entrance, comes equipped with either two king size beds or a king and twin beds, two en-suite bathrooms both with rain showers and a separate bathroom with a roll top bath and tile television. The suite also features a private patio and gardens.
The Chester Residence is situated within walking distance of the commercial district, art galleries, museums and major shopping areas. A wide selection of popular bars, clubs and restaurants are nearby and the key sights and attractions of this culture rich city are within easy reach. Each summer the Edinburgh Festival encompasses many events, including the Fringe and the Military Tattoo and a range of other events take place throughout the year. Haymarket railway station is just a short walk away, offering access to main line services. Edinburgh benefits from an extensive bus system connecting most parts of the city, suburbs and surrounding region. Edinburgh Airport is just eight miles west of the city centre. Booking Procedure
Chester Residence can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
For bookings that total £1000 or more, your card will be charged for a 50% deposit up to 30 days prior to arrival, or at the time of booking for bookings made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Payment
You will be asked on departure for full payment at the rate you booked at.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you may be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.
Minimum Stay Requirement
A minimum stay requirement of two nights applies to stays including Fridays and Saturdays.

Chester Residence accept the following card types: American Express, Maestro, Master Card, Visa Credit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least 5 working days prior to the arrival date to avoid a cancellation charge of 25% of the total cost of the booking.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to check-in time on the date of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost of the booking.
The rates below apply for stays of 1-6 nights. Please contact us for rates for stays of 7 nights and over.
Please Note: A two night minimum stay applies to stays including Fridays and Saturdays.
Please note: There will be a 3 night minimum stay during the Christmas / New Year period.
