Sleeps: 4 Bathrooms: 1 Ground Floor Suite
This apartment has a classic Georgian sitting room with a mix of modern and antique furniture, a spacious bedroom overlooking the garden and an open fireplace. Two extra beds can be supplied, so the apartment can sleep up to four people.

This is a one bedroom apartment with the added benefit of a floodlit Georgian walled garden, twice the size of the apartment itself. This apartment can sleep up to two people.
Sleeps: 2 Bathrooms: 1 Patio Suite
A one bedroom apartment with a dressing room overlooking a private patio garden. Contemporary in design, the apartment features a collection of modern paintings from Glasgow and Edinburgh art schools. There is a large double shower room.
Sleeps: 4 Bathrooms: 2 First Floor Suite
A one bedroom apartment with one full bathroom and an additional shower room, benefiting from large windows and an open fire. There is also a sofa bed in the sitting room, so this apartment can sleep up to four people.
Sleeps: 5 Bathrooms: 2 Second Floor Suite
This is a two bedroom apartment with one full bathroom and an additional shower room. An additional bed is available to accommodate a fifth person. This apartment boasts views over the city towards St. Mary's Cathedral.
The Chester Residence is situated within walking distance of the commercial district, art galleries, museums and shopping. The Edinburgh Festival each summer encompasses many events, including the Fringe and the Military Tattoo. Many other events take place throughout the year, and visitors can always enjoy the wide range of bars, clubs and restaurants. Haymarket railway station is just a short walk away, offering access to main line services. Edinburgh benefits from an extensive bus system connecting most parts of the city, suburbs and surrounding region. Edinburgh Airport is just eight miles west of the city centre. Booking Procedure
Chester Residence can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
For stays of over one week, signed registration forms will be required, along with a copy of either a valid driving licence or passport.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Payment
You will be asked on departure for full payment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you may be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00.

Chester Residence accept the following card types: American Express, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least 5 working days prior to the arrival date to avoid a cancellation charge of 25% of the total cost of the booking.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to check-in time on the date of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost of the booking.
