The Canon Court Apartments are located in the quiet residential area of Canonmills, just a short stroll away from the tranquillity of the Royal Botanic Garden, and within easy reach of the bustle of Princes Street and the city centre.

These Edinburgh apartments are spacious and comfortable, benefiting from free WiFi access and free on-site car parking, making them an ideal retreat for any traveller.

Please note: The minimum stay requirement increases to two nights for stays over weekends and public holidays, three nights for stays over Hogmanay (29th December-2nd January) and five nights for all stays in August.

General Facilities:
Reception is open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 2.30pm at weekends to assist guests with any enquiries. Each apartment is serviced weekly, with towels changed twice a week.

This apartment has a combined living and sleeping area with a double bed.

Sleeps: 3  Bathrooms: 1 One Bedroom Apartment
This apartment has one bedroom with either a double bed or twin beds, and a sofa bed in the living area suitable for one person. There is an additional charge for use of the sofa bed (free for children under 15 years old).

Sleeps: 5  Bathrooms: 1 Two Bedroom Apartment
This apartment has two bedrooms with either twin or double beds, and a sofa bed in the living area suitable for one person. There is an additional charge for use of the sofa bed (free for children under 15 years old).

Sleeps: 5  Bathrooms: 1 Executive Two Bedroom Apartment
This apartment comes equipped with wither twin or double beds and has a large lounge area. A camp bed can be provided upon request and for an additional charge.

Locality and Attractions:
The Canon Court Apartments are situated in the Canonmills area of Edinburgh, just a stone's throw from the Royal Botanic Garden. The Edinburgh Festival each summer encompasses many events, including the Fringe and the Military Tattoo. Many other events take place throughout the year, and visitors can always enjoy the wide range of bars, clubs and restaurants.
Travel Information:
Edinburgh benefits from an extensive bus system connecting most parts of the city, suburbs and surrounding region, and is served by two rail stations, Edinburgh Waverley and the smaller Haymarket station to the west. Edinburgh Airport is just eight miles west of the city centre.
Terms & Conditions:
Booking Procedure
The Canon Court Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Please note: There is a 2.5% surcharge for using Visa and MasterCard and a 4% surcharge for using American Express. There is no charge for using Switch/Maestro.

Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14.00 and check-out is by 10.00.

Minimum Stay
A minimum two night stay applies to all weekends and public holidays.
A minimum five night stay applies during August.
A minimum three night stay applies during Hogmanay, from the 29th December 2009 to the 2nd January 2010.

The minimum one night stay applies at all other times.

Cards Accepted
Canon Court Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival.

If you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival you will be charged a maximum of three days' apartment rental:
For stays of 1-6 days you will be charged for 1 day.
For stays of 7 or more days you will be charged for 3 days.

High Season Rates will apply to all Scottish Bank Holidays, Easter Weekend and Hogmanay, and may apply to weekends during major events. Please contact us for further details.
