Suitable for up to six people this two bedroom apartment comes equipped with a double bed in each bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living area, full kitchen and study room.

Locality and Attractions:

The apartments are located in the New Town area, in the centre of the city, within easy reach of a wide range of shops, restaurants and bars. The popular entertainment venue, the Edinburgh Playhouse, is nearby and Princes Street, Edinburgh's premier shopping venue, is a short walk away. The Royal Mile, home to the city's major sights and attractions including the Palace of Holyroodhouse, is just 15 minutes away. Other major sights including Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Botanic Garden are easily reached.

Travel Information:

Edinburgh benefits from an extensive bus network connecting the city, suburbs and surrounding region. Edinburgh Waverley, the city's principal railway station, is just a short walk away from the apartments, offering main line services to many destinations. Edinburgh Airport is just eight miles west of the city centre.

Terms & Conditions:

Booking Procedure
The Broughton Place 2 Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Please note: a surcharge applies for all payments made by card. This is 2.75% for Visa and MasterCard, 3.25% for American Express and JCB. There is a charge of £0.50 for using Visa Debit.

Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full payment at the rate you booked at.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of £150.00 will be taken on arrival. This will be refunded in full upon departure once the apartment has been checked.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Broughton Place 2 Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, JCB, Master Card, Visa, Visa Debit.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations received will be subject to a cancellation fee. The following charges apply:

For stays of less than three weeks:
Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival: £15.00 administration fee.
Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received between 14 and 4 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received less than 4 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total accommodation costs.

For stays of three weeks and over:
Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received between 29 and 8 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received 7 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the total accommodation costs.

Long Stays and Relocations:

Lower rates may be available
For longer stays and relocations, it is often possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We will always do our very best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.
