We were welcomed into the apartment by the owner who was very helpful, showing us around and giving some information about the city. A lot of thought had gone into the comfort of the guests, there was a welcome pack including a bottle of wine, nice toiletries and games and books available to use plus an informative file on local restaurants etc. We felt that there could have been a bit more attention to detail in the cleaning, there were a few dusty windowsills and smeary surfaces but nothing major. We couldn't get the television in the master bedroom to work and there was a lot of interference on the one in the living room. The apartment was brilliantly located for the town centre and overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

Lovely apartment in ideal location, very central Durham. Very spacious with all needs covered, complimentary toileteries, bathrobes, all linen included etc. The welcoe gift of essential groceries, chocolate and wine was the icing on the cake.
