Suitable for up to four people this apartment comes equipped with a double bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom, two bathrooms and sauna.
The apartments are located in the tranquil suburbs of Derby, offering easy access to the commercial areas and business parks of the city. Excellent sporting and leisure facilities are close by including a number of renowned golf courses. The city centre is within easy reach offering a wide range of shops, restaurants and entertainment facilities. The beautiful peak district national park is only a short drive away. Nearby bus stops offer access to all areas of the city, and Derby train station is within easy reach. The A52 and A38 provide quick links to Birmingham and the M1 motorway, and Nottingham East Midlands Airport is easily accessible. Booking Procedure
The Birchover House Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
For stays of less than 7 nights, your card will be charged 10% of the total accommodation costs.
For stays of 7 nights and over, your card will not be charge but simply used to guarantee the reservation.
There is a 3% surcharge for using American Express, MasterCard and Visa. There is no charge for using Switch/Maestro.
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
A deposit covering breakages and damages may be required at the time of booking.
If a deposit is not charged, you may be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Birchover House Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
For stays of less than seven nights: cancellations must be received at least seven days prior to noon on the date of arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.
For stays of 7 to 27 nights: cancellations must be received at least seven days prior to the date of arrival to avoid a minimum cancellation charge of seven nights' accommodation costs.
For stays of 28 nights or more: cancellations must be received at least 28 days prior to the date of arrival to avoid a minimum cancellation charge of seven nights' accommodation costs.
