This apartment is decorated with an ethnic theme and equipped with two double beds to sleep up to four people. In addition to the standard facilities, this apartment includes a dishwasher and features wooden flooring.

The apartments are within easy reach of Darlington town centre, which provides a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants to suit every taste. This historic town has strong connections with the early railways, which is reflected in the Head of Steam - Darlington Railway Museum and in the striking red brick Train sculpture on the outskirts of the town. The apartments are approximately six minutes' drive from Darlington railway station, which provides main-line services to a range of destinations including York and Newcastle. Local bus services are accessible nearby. Durham Tees Valley Airport is approximately 20 minutes' drive away. Booking Procedure
The Scholars Park Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will be charged for the full amount of your stay within 24 hours of making the booking.

Payment
Apartments will be paid for prior to arrival - see above.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you may be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses, and will be required to sign the apartments' terms and conditions.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 16.00 and check-out is by 10.00.

Cards Accepted
Scholars Park Apartments accept the following card types: Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received more than 3 months prior to the date of arrival will be free of charge.

Cancellations received more than 29 days but less than 3 months prior to the date of arrival will be charged a fee of £117.50.

Cancellations received between 7 and 28 days prior to arrival will be charged a fee equivalent to 50% of the total stay.

Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged a fee equivalent to 100% of the total stay.

Please Note: Any reduction in the length of the stay may be treated as a cancellation and charged accordingly, in addition to an amendment fee of up to £58.75.
