Suitable for up to ten people this four bedroom townhouse comes equipped with a king size bed in the master bedroom and zip link beds, which can be either a double or twin beds, in the other rooms - please state your preference on the booking request form. An extra bed is available on request, at an additional charge, to accommodate two more people. There are three bathrooms in the townhouse, two of which are en-suite.

Cheltenham is a spa town famous for its Regency architecture, regular festivals, and nearby racecourse. The apartments are located in the fashionable Montpellier area, with a wide range of specialist boutiques, cafés, bars and restaurants within easy reach. The apartments are within easy reach of Cheltenham Spa railway station, which offers regular services to a range of destinations throughout the UK. In addition, there are regular bus services throughout the local area. Booking Procedure
The Montpellier Spa Road can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For bookings made more than 14 days prior to arrival your card will not be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the booking.
For bookings made 14 days or less prior to arrival your card will be charged in full at the time of booking.

Please note that there is an additional charge of 3% for payments made by American Express cards. There is no surcharge for using any other card.

Payment
For bookings made more than 14 days prior to arrival full payment will be taken 14 days prior to arrival.
For bookings made 14 days or less prior to arrival full payment will be taken at the time of booking.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you may be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14.00 and check-out is by 11.00.

Montpellier Spa Road accept the following card types: American Express, Maestro, Master Card, Visa Credit, Visa Debit.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid facing a cancellation charge.
Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the stay.

Failure to arrive without prior notification of cancellation will result in a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.

Please Note: This property is fully booked over the following events periods - the Literature Festival 8th-17th October, The Showcase Meeting 15th & 16th October and The Open Meeting 12th-14th November 2010.
