Suitable for one or two people this one bedroom apartment comes equipped with a king size bed, shower room, full kitchen and private terrace.
The many sights and attractions Cheltenham is famed for are within very easy reach of the apartments. The Pittville Pump Room and The Playhouse, popular music and entertainment venues, are a short walk away and The Promenade, Imperial Gardens and Montpellier are all close by. Cheltenham Racecourse is just a short drive away. Cheltenham Spa Station is within easy reach of the apartments offering services to a range of destinations including London, Bristol and Cardiff. A comprehensive bus network operates in and around the town centre. Booking Procedure
The Luxury Living Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
For stays of less than 30 nights, your card will be charged for the total amount at the time of booking.
For stays of 30 nights and over, your card will be charged for the first 30 nights' accommodation charges at the time of booking.
Please note: There is a 2% surcharge for payments using Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard or Switch/Maestro and a 3.5% surcharge when using American Express.
Payment
For stays of less than 30 nights, the full amount will be payable at the time of booking.
For stays of 30 nights and over, the first 30 nights accommodation charges will be payable at the time of booking. Subsequent periods of stay will be payable on a monthly basis.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Luxury Living Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Maestro, Master Card, Visa Credit, Visa Debit.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid facing a cancellation charge.
Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the short-fall.
For example:
Cancellations received 13 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 1 nights' accommodation costs.
Cancellations received 7 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 7 nights' accommodation costs.
Cancellations received 1 day prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 13 nights' accommodation costs.
Cancellations received on the day of arrival, or no-shows, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation costs.
