Cannot fault this apartment at all, great value and location. The staff were faultless and even drove us half way across Cardiff to show us the way to the apartment! Highly recommended and we will be staying again

We had an excellent stay in your apartments. We were able to pick up keys easily as another family member was able to do this for us but otherwise that might have been difficult as we were not travelling by car.

apartment was great. good size, nicely decorated and with two bathrooms. location was great.
only disadvantages was being evacuated on first night due to a fire in the building and the trek to the bay and the taxi fare for that trek to get the keys on arrival.

Absolutey fantastic apartment really pleased and we would like to book again. We just had a real problem meeting someone to get a key to gain access, resulting in a some stress having driven for 4 hours.

Excellent apartment although had some trouble finding the main entrance initially - we were waiting by the side entrance next to Flannels. Maybe a sign or slightly clearer directions (i.e opposite the car park, round the corner from Jessops) would be helpful.
Had a great time and the apartment was clean, comfortable and homely. Presented to a very high standard and very good value for money.
